All testing will be carried out in accordance with the IEE code of practice.
We have full public liability insurance.
Each appliance will go through a variety of tests and receive a PASS or FAIL label.
Each item tested will be logged and you will receive a full report in PDF/written
format or CD-
Minor faults will be repaired at time of testing so enabling item to be safe and pass i.e. fuse changes, plug refits and rewires. More serious faults will be reported to business manager.
Out of hours testing is available at no further charge if required.
Our Engineers
Our engineers are all C&G 2377 qualified and experienced testers who pride themselves in their professionalism.
They are expected to be of a clean and smart manner and are provided with a uniform so that they are identifiable when on site. All our engineers are trained to be as unobtrusive as possible within the workplace to ensure minimum disruption as customer care, satisfaction, and quality of service are of utmost importance to us.
